Marcia has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry as a practitioner, consultant and industry analyst. Her areas of expertise include strategic marketing planning, content strategy, campaign development, performance measurement, technology implementation, change management, and marketing and sales alignment/enablement. Marcia has worked across several functional marketing disciplines, as well as in product and sales operations. Prior to joining Integrate, Marcia was a Principal Analyst at Forrester/SiriusDecisions for the Marketing Executive Advisory and Marketing Operations Strategies services. She has held senior marketing roles at companies including New Relic, Adobe Systems and PeopleSoft. In these roles, Marcia has managed annual planning and budgeting, marketing M&A integration, content and campaign creation, and reporting, as well as driven large-scale marketing automation implementations. Marcia received both a BS in public relations and marketing and an MBA from San Jose State University.
